ONE ACT UPDATES
Thursday - 5:00 tech prep - directors/stage managers/costumes/lights/sound/props
including SPIKE set pieces, add props and set dressing, finish costumes, etc.
5:30 Excuses cast called to do a quick line through with cuts.
6:00 CALL FOR ALL OTHER ACTORS use this time to go over cuts, make sure props/costumes etc. are set
we will talk through set changes at 6:15 ALL are called - ALL will help
6:30 Curtain first play
We will run all 6 plays with no intermission.
Goal is to finish by 8:30 and then we have to organize backstage and put all props and costumes in prop room and dressing rooms. The theatre will be used Friday by many children and teens so everything needs to be organized and put away.
Saturday call is 12:00 so that we can re-set everything and then get ready to perform.
We will meet in auditorium at 12:00 sharp and all will help.
HTFF will serve dinner to us between shows on Saturday.
