Auditions Into the Woods (UPDATED!)

Dates/Times:  Wednesday February  13 at 5:00-8:30  and 15 at 2:15-6:00

What you need to prepare:

Please come ready to sing something that showcases your voice. This can be any song of your choosing. You may bring lyrics on your phone, ipad or paper.

You will also read from the script. Scripts will be available with the stage manager for you to look over before you come in.

Don't assume that if you didn't read for a part, you won't get that part. I generally have people read a "generic" scene in different ways and look to see who I can see I a role while you read.

What I look for:
Ability to take direction - when I tell you to read with a certain attitude or voice - go for it!
Commitment and willingness to go for it.
Projection - even though we have mics - they only pick up what we give.
Who I see in the roles (this is completely out of your control and that's how most casting is.)

Questions - ask me before your audition if you can.
Please note - depending on how many people audition - we may be adding fairy tale creatures.
