NEW Rehearsal Schedule from Nancy
Hi all,
Just got the list of when we can be in the auditorium and its kinda grim this time of year. Some of the following rehearsals will be held in the middle school auditorium, cafeteria, or a big hallway. Each time we are not in the auditorium - we will meet right outside the auditorium and there will be a note directing you to our new location (hung where they usually hang your beautiful faces during the shows). I thank you in advance for your hard work and extra hours. This show will rock!!!

So here we go...
Week of May 7-12
Wednesday 2:15 - 6:00. ALL called. We will stage as much of the show as we possibly can.
Thursday 2:15-5:30 - ALL - continue staging and choreography
Friday 2:15-5:30 (NOT IN AUDITORIUM) ALL - we will get this thing staged!!!
Week of May 14-19 (I will fill in TBAs as soon as I know what needs work. Please plan for being at most if not all rehearsals. This will be a heavy choreography week!
Monday 2:15-6:00 TBA 6:00-9:30 Set crew - loading in, building, painting
Tuesday 2:15-6:00 TBA 6:00-9:30 Set crew - building, painting, making magic
Wednesday 2:15-6:15 - TBA (NOT IN AUDITORIUM) NO SET CREW - Auditorium booked
Thursday 2:15-6:15 - TBA 6:00-9:30 Set Crew - the usual but even better
Friday 2:15-4:30

Monday 2:15-6:15 ALL 6:15-9:30 Set/Light Crews
Tuesday 2:15- 6:15 - ALL 6:15-9:30 Set/Light Crews
Wednesday 2:15-6:15 ALL 6:15-9:30 Set/Light Crews
Thursday 2:15-6:30 TBA - we will not be in the auditorium and may work solos/duets, etc.
Friday 2:15-6:15 ALL 6:15-9:30 Set/Light/Sound Crews
Saturday 9:30 - 1:30 ALL - first tech run
Week of May 28-June 3
Monday (MEMORIAL DAY) 10:00-5:00 - TWO FULL TECH RUNS with break for lunch
Tuesday 2:00-5:00 Run and work problems
Wednesday 2:15 - 9:00 TWO FULL RUNS with orchestra.
Thursday TBA (may want early call to run stuff or maybe all will be brilliant by then)
I am assuming costume crew will be working throughout and pulling people out of rehearsals to try stuff on. I will talk with you about what you want and when this week yet.
Props crew we will talk this week too and try to get props into actors hands as fast as possible - ongoing process. You are welcome to help with set crew also - doing set decoration as needed.
